Refund policy

Try the free version first. It is the whole product with a watermark, and two minutes of the full version every day, so you can check it works on your computer, your phone and your network before you pay.

Sales are final

Because the free version lets you try everything before you buy, purchases are final and we do not offer refunds as a matter of course.

If something is wrong

If Tethery stops working for you, or something went wrong with your purchase, such as being charged twice, write to support@tethery.app from the email address you bought with and tell us what happened. We will try to fix it first, and we look at every refund request on its own merits.

What a refund does

A refunded license ends. It cannot be activated on another computer, the account page shows it as refunded, and each computer it was active on stops renewing it and goes back to the free version within 30 days. Please deactivate it on your computers sooner.

How the money comes back

To the card or account you paid with, through Stripe. It usually shows within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.

Your rights under the law

Nothing on this page takes away a right the law gives you. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you can cancel within 14 days of buying, for any reason, even after you have downloaded and activated Tethery. Write to us from the email address you bought with and we will refund you in full.
